For budgeting projects, sometimes you just need to know the rough price. We're here to help. Please contact us with as many details as you can about your project. That way, we can give you the most accurate quote we can.

As part of our warranty, we stand by our labor and craftsmanship. To give you a completed project you can be satisfied with, we need to assess the details and scope of work for your project. A $100 site inspection fee will be included as part of your deposit to get an accurate estimate to you.

Don't worry! Your site inspection fee will go towards your invoice.

We specialize in small jobs. Through years of contracting in the Gorge, we learned that sometimes just getting someone to show up can be the hardest step to any project. Being able to manage our drive time, our admin time, and our on-site time accurately is important to all our clients. This is why we have a one-hour minimum for all our jobs.

We have lots of clients that need routine and seasonal maintenance. Whether it's snow shoveling, landscaping, getting skilled handyfolks on site while you're away on holiday, checking in with tenants and being available to troubleshoot problems.
